Based on questionnaire that i have been take to know what skill that i need to improve to achieve what requirement that the company of job applicant need. The skill that i have confident use is being adaptable which is i can work either in team or independently and also carry out multiple tasking. Skill that i less confident using and need to be improve is thinking and problem solving. This is because i need to evaluate solution to make decision and implement solution. Next thing i need to be improved is demonstrating positive attitudes and behavior such as take care of personal health in case do not make other people in a team feel hatred to you. For the professional skill, i need to improve programming language like learn new language to make me more capable in this job which is javascript or php.
