Innovator

Based on test team roles at https://www.123test.com/team-roles-test/index.php and test, i already know that i am a innovator in a group .The innovator is often the creative generator of a team. He or she has a strong imagination and a desire to be original. The innovator prefers to be independent and tends to approach tasks in a scientific way. As an creative individual the innovator may play a crucial role in the way a team approaches tasks and solves problems.

REFLECTION

Based on questionnaire that i have been take to know what skill that i need to improve to achieve what requirement that the company of job applicant need. The skill that i have confident use is being adaptable which is i can work either in team or independently and also carry out multiple tasking. Skill that i less confident using and need to be improve is thinking and problem solving. This is because i need to evaluate solution to make decision and implement solution. Next thing i need to be improved is demonstrating positive attitudes and behavior such as take care of personal health in case do not make other people in a team feel hatred to you. For the professional skill, i need to improve programming language like learn new language to make me more capable in this job which is javascript or php.

REFLECTION

28/2/2015 is the date that i will never forget cause it make me learn that you can do it even it your first trial. Well i admit before this i do not play "futsal", i'm not able to protect the ball if you give to me, thanks to team group in INTRA represent to my course who trust me to be one of the team group. At first it hard, because there have some new people that i don't even know them and i start to know them in one day which in practice day. We don't even have a lot of time to practice. We even win the game on the INTRA game. That day reminds me, even when i am at work place and need to be in new group with new people to produce a task, we need to have believe each other that they can do their task and support each other. That game are improving my team work skill in daily life.
